Yes even the fruity team enjoy an egg or too (don’t judge us). We thought it would be nice to bring you a few ways in which we can cleanse our body using the power of fruit.

The Fruity Facts 

Very brightly colored fruits tend to have high amounts of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Try to include a wide variety when you are trying to cleanse your body so that you get the full range of benefits. Oranges are full of beneficial lycopene and vitamin C. Berries, particularly blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, are high in fiber and antioxidants, while bananas, apples, pears and avocados are high in fiber and micronutrients, and will help you feel full.

Try adding some lemon to your water bottle. You will be amazed at the benefits of putting a simple slice of lemon in your water will have.
